Paladin Employment Law is principally operated by attorney Mark Wilkinson.

Mark has been a lawyer since 2005 and practicing employment law exclusively since then. For the first part of his career, Mark worked on behalf of employers at major law firms in downtown Chicago and Detroit. Then came marriage, kids, and a need to return back home to Kalamazoo where he was a part of one of West Michigan’s most prestigious law firms. Things were going great.

But Mark always had a desire to work on behalf of the underdog, the little guy (and gal) … and that’s how Paladin Employment Law was born and the opportunity to help individuals and employees began.

Choosing a lawyer is hard. For those outside the law business, it’s difficult to really know who’s good and who isn’t, and which lawyer is going to be the best fit for you. Rely on your instincts and the recommendations of those you trust.

For what it’s worth, Mark’s peers in the legal industry have rated him as a preeminent practitioner and as a “Super Lawyer” and Mark was trained at and became a partner with some major, forward thinking law firms.
